We want you and your pet to love your Pawtiva grooming kit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, with all four tools and the original packaging included.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
