2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We make every effort to display our products, colors and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts apply only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed stock availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and other listed providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery times and details.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled according to our 30-day Refund Policy.

8. PRODUCT USE
Our grooming tools are intended for use on pets by adults. Always brush gently, with the direction of hair growth, and follow the included instructions. Take care when trimming nails to avoid the quick. Stop use if your pet shows signs of discomfort or skin irritation, and consult a veterinarian if needed.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Pawtiva or its content suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawtiva is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
