Free Shipping Across the United States

Every Pawtiva order ships free to addresses in the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will help resolve it.
